Patient Feedback

We are continuously learning in order to improve the service we provide. If you have any feedback positive or negative please let us know.

When something does not go as planned, we understand it can be frustrating and feel unsafe. We need to know about these events to learn from them and ensure they do not recur. Please contact the PALs unit at the Royal Surrey to feed these back and we will duly investigate the issues arisen.

Likewise when positive things happen we also would like to know. Please feel free to add these comments to the Patient Experience leaflet below.

Patient Experience

Your opinion is invaluable

Please take the time to fill out this form to describe and report on your experience. It is one of the main ways we know we are providing a high quality service and one that the patient needs. If you cannot download this or print it out please let your community nurse know and they will arrange for a leaflet to be delivered to you.
